The Open AI Preventive Healthcare Platform

mAIWell connects healthcare appliances, providers, laboratories, insurers and AI services through one intelligent host — so measurements, results and care plans finally work together.

Why mAIWell?

Health measurement is already everywhere. What is missing is the layer that joins it up.

One platform, not another device

Watches, cuffs, meters, laboratories and insurers each hold part of a person’s picture — and none of them compose. mAIWell is the layer they attach to.

Appliances stay simple

Sensors and actuators only. No AI, no cloud, no decision logic on the device, so a partner builds a product rather than a platform.

Care ships as data

The cloud writes protocols and the host executes them, so improving care does not mean a firmware release on a certified device.

Open to partners

Hardware, AI, laboratories, clinicians and insurers all attach through the same published contracts and one certification programme.

How the platform works

Intelligence is centralised and appliances stay simple. The cloud creates protocols, the YF1000 host executes them, and appliances measure and act.

One platform, four settings

The same host, bus and protocols, deployed where the people are. A solution is a configuration, not a separate product.

Built to be joined

Six marketplaces, one integration surface. Every category attaches through the same contracts and the same certification programme.
