Why mAIWell
Why mAIWell
Health data exists. It is the connections between the holders of it that do not.
The problem is not measurement
Health measurement is already everywhere. Watches, scales, cuffs, meters, laboratories, hospital systems and insurers all hold part of a person’s picture.
Each holds it separately. A device speaks to its own app; a laboratory result reaches a portal; a clinician sees a slice at a visit. Nothing composes.
What a platform changes
mAIWell does not add another silo with a better sensor. It provides the layer those parts attach to: one host, one bus, one care plan, one record.
The value is not in any single measurement. It is in the fact that a measurement, a laboratory result, a guideline, a clinician and a payer can be reasoned about together.
Why this is the important page
Everything else on this site — the YF1000, the Healthcare Bus, the marketplaces, the certification programme — is a consequence of this one idea. If the platform argument does not hold, none of the rest is worth building.
How to read the rest of the documentation
- Platform — the layers, and the rules about where behaviour may live.
- Solutions — the same platform in four settings.
- Marketplace — how supply arrives from outside the company.
- Developers — the contracts a partner builds against.
