Overview

Health is a loop rather than a line: a person is well, is screened, learns something, sees a clinician if needed, follows a plan at home, is followed up, and is well again.

Today each step is held by a different organisation and the loop never closes. The platform exists to close it.

• Screening — community or home, at low friction
• Health summary — what the numbers mean, assembled from many sources
• Healthcare professional — where a medical decision is made
• Care and home wellness — the plan, executed by protocol
• Follow-up — did it work, and what changed

Why it matters

This is the part no device manufacturer and no single hospital can build alone, because no one of them holds more than a step or two. It is the clearest statement of what a platform is for.
