Overview

The knowledge graph connects what a person reports to what could be looked at, what screening would establish it, who would interpret it, and what follow-up would look like.

It answers "where should this go next", never "what does this person have".

The distinction that matters

Diagnosis is a medical act performed by a clinician. Navigation is helping someone reach the right clinician, with the right evidence already gathered.

Keeping strictly to the second is what lets the platform be useful at scale without claiming a role it should not have.
